The Oscars celebrated its 84th year by giving awarding 'The Artist' with best picture, Meryl Streep with Best Actress and Hugo 5 awards. All well deserved but the world watched to see the fashion.

I love this woman but how did Berenice (excuse my accent-less spelling) go from stunning in las minute Pucci to dowdy in the Ellie Saab dress that just didn't flatter her. Congrats to her for the film but better look next time for the dress

Some people loved this dress but personally I hate it! It looks like it could be worn either way round and her hair is to high on her head. She stunned at the 2011 Grammys again in Pucci but flopped now in Zuhair Murad.

One of the most beautiful women on the planet and she wears this?! The dress is... ok but the LEG!!! I just don't get it! Angie went from breathe taking this green Versace to a leg baring, Joan Rivers joke in this black Versace.

Ok so maybe I'm completely bias because I adore this girl but this Dolce and Gabbana is just incredible. Why do people hate her?! She fell for a boy and is now being tormented for it. You go Selena and you keep doing it with class and style, just like this dress

I admire this woman so much and think she looks simply wonderful in this Tadashi Shoji gown. She deserved every award she got and will certainly get.
